Initial Evaluation (ages 5 and under)

$850

​An evaluation consists of at least one diagnostic session, an analysis of the test results, a written report, and a meeting to discuss results and make recommendations. A complete speech/language evaluation will include both formal and informal assessment.  Formal assessment may include administration of the following tests:  Receptive One-Word Vocabulary Test, Expressive One-Word Vocabulary Test, Preschool Language Scale, and Goldman-Fristoe Test of Articulation.  Informal assessment may include the following: clinical observation, oral-motor examination, parent interview, and a developmental history questionnaire.

Individual Therapy Sessions

60-minute session: $180  

45-minute session: $135

30-minute session: $90

Group Therapy Sessions (if available)

$90/hour

Additional Services

$100/hour

Additional services may include consultations, IEP meetings, conferences, school visits, and/or observations.
